The password (voucher) does not come to my e-mail / Forgot the password.
If you do not receive a password, you can not find it or forgot it - here are some useful tips:
1. Carefully check the contents of your mailbox - maybe a letter with a password has got to another folder, for example, 'Spam'.
2. Carefully check the box name that you specify on the site.
3. If you are a corporate email user, try contacting your system administrator.
4. Click the button 'Forgot your password?' - it will be forwarded.
5. Try also using another mailbox.
